Construction crews are transforming the Forest Cooke Garden into the new heart of the School.
The new dining hall taking shape in the heart of campus will provide an inviting and inspiring gathering place for our community. The new facility will comfortably seat our entire community, improve efficiency, and minimize waste, supporting our sustainability goals. Its acoustics will facilitate conversation, taking the din out of Formal Dinner. The new kitchen and servery will increase our ability to provide thoughtfully sourced food that meets the increasing variety of dietary needs. To be named in honor of Joy Sawyer-Mulligan and Michael Mulligan, this building will serve as a vessel for the strong sense of community that those two worked so diligently to strengthen during their years at Thacher.
